Alvin Plantinga

Alvin Carl Plantinga is the John A. O'Brien professor of philosophy at the University of Notre Dame. A prolific philosopher, he is known for the free will defense, modal ontological argument, Reformed epistemology and the evolutionary argument against naturalism. TIME Magazine has referred to Plantinga as "America's leading orthodox Protestant philosopher of God." [1] Plantinga recieved his MA degree from the University of Michigan and his Ph.D. from Yale University.
